Privacy
Privacy policy
We only collect information needed to create accounts, provide access to learning activities and help parents understand progress. Placeholder examples include a parent email address, child profile name, activity completion, screen-time summaries and saved favourites. We do not sell personal information, and we aim to keep children’s experiences free from advertising and unnecessary tracking.
Children and family accounts
Nook is designed for children aged 2–5, but accounts should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for choosing how and when their child uses Nook. The app is designed to support calm, purposeful screen time, not to replace play, rest, conversation or time with a caring adult.
Billing and subscriptions
Some Nook features may be available through paid plans. Prices, billing periods and included features will be shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your account or the payment provider used at checkout. Refunds, trials and renewals may depend on the platform or payment method used.
Questions or requests
If you have questions about these placeholder policies, account access, privacy rights or your family’s data, contact the Nook team before continuing to use the service. Final contact details should be added here before this page is published.
